I love this place, they are very honest, reasonable in price, and they all work as a team, and when that happens your car gets repaired exactly the way they diagnose it, they never say oh, we thought that was the problem, but its really this, and then there goes more money ,more time, that never happens! I called Klein first about replacing my starter, and he was totally okay with me buying the part myself. He told me to bring the VIN to make sure I got the right one, which immediately made me feel like he was honest and trustworthy. When I dropped off the car, he even offered to drive me to work nearby really appreciated that. Around noon, he called to let me know he was running a little behind but assured me the car would still be done the same day. I liked that he kept me updated. Friendly, honest, and reliable service. I'd definitely recommend Familia Automotive.
