I called Klein first about replacing my starter, and he was totally okay with me buying the part myself. He told me to bring the VIN to make sure I got the right one, which immediately made me feel like he was honest and trustworthy. When I dropped off the car, he even offered to drive me to work nearby really appreciated that. Around noon, he called to let me know he was running a little behind but assured me the car would still be done the same day. I liked that he kept me updated. Friendly, honest, and reliable service.
