I came here for a quick scan because my transmission was acting up. The owner Klent was extremely helpful and referred me to another trusted shop for my specific problems. Came back after the issues were dealt with for another scan. Even though i hadn't made an appointment he took time out of his busy schedule just to help me and make sure everything was good with my car. He was very thorough and even gave me tips on my battery terminal. Him and his crew are all great people and i'll be recommending this shop to everyone I know. I'm very appreciative of this shop and all under it. Familia Automotive is really the shop to go to.
