I called Klein first about replacing my starter, and he was totally okay with me buying the part myself. He told me to bring the VIN to make sure I got the right one, which immediately made me feel like he was honest and trustworthy. When I dropped off the car, he even offered to drive me to work nearby really appreciated that.
